Terms of Service

Effective Date: 4/28/2025

1. Booking and Payments

Session bookings are confirmed once availability is verified and a deposit (if applicable) is received. Full payment terms and deadlines will be communicated via email during the booking process.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits for canceled sessions may be non-refundable depending on circumstances.

3. Session Timing

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled sessions. Delays may impact the duration of the session or final deliverables.

4. Use of Images

Annell Photo retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.

5. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered digitally within the agreed turnaround time, typically between 2 to 4 weeks after the session.

6. Liability

While all reasonable care will be taken during your session, Annell Photo is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or client injuries during the session.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected through our forms is protected and used only for communication and service delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.
